Virtual Buzz Assistant FAQ
Virtual Buzz Assistant FAQ
- Will a Virtual Buzz Assistant really create buzz for me?
Virtual Buzz Assistants are trained assistants in helping you create higher visibility and better online marketing. The quality and uniqueness of your product or service is the key factor in how much buzz will be created.
- My product/service is not remarkable. Can I still create buzz?
We believe that any quality product or service can increase its visibility online. If you are selling something that is not remarkable, you may want to create buzz about yourself as the best person to buy from, instead of about the product directly.
- Is Buzz Marketing Ethical?
Buzz Marketing is a broad term. We only believe in using ethically sound buzz marketing tactics in line with the guidelines published by WOMMA. We do not impersonate people or hide who we are.
All Virtual Buzz Assistants have access to buzz ethics information.
- Can I ask my Virtual Buzz Assistant to do other things?
Virtual Buzz Assistants are trained marketing professionals. If you are working directly with the Virtual Buzz Assistant, you can ask them what other services they are willing to do. However, you should not assume they are a normal VA (Virtual Assistant) that will book airlines for you, proof read a letter, etc. It is best to think of your Virtual Buzz Assistant as the person doing the daily tasks of creating buzz and executing your buzz marketing plan.
- Can a Virtual Buzz Assistant replace a marketing team?
You could hire a group of Virtual Buzz Assistants and have a great team of marketers. However, you should never forget that you are in charge of defining and assessing your marketing. The Virtual Buzz Assistants simply help you get your tasks done faster.
- Will a Virtual Buzz Marketer work on a percentage of sales they generate?
When you work with a Virtual Buzz Marketer directly, you can work out any agreement that is good for both of you. We suggest to our network that they do not work on these kinds of arrangements because sales are sometimes hard to track and we believe that you must be willing to pay for buzz in advance if you believe in your product.
- Do you ever get negative buzz?
By following Buzz Marketing ethical guidelines, we reduce the risk of negative buzz. However, just as in Public Relations, there is always a risk of negative comments or reactions. While this risk always exists, it is better if you already have a lot of positive buzz online to make any negative things less damaging.
As of November 2008, we have never had a negative buzz incident for a client.
- Will Buzz Marketing generate more sales for me?
Successful Buzz Marketing will generate more website traffic and searches on search engines. Buzz Marketing creates interest. Turning that interest into sales depends on how well your website is designed. You may ask your Buzz Assistant or a website analyst to review your website and give you tips on how to increase conversion.
