		<description>I really like the idea of thinking of Virtual Assistants also being Virtual Managers, not only as a role but as a service that can be offered to clients. Further, it helps to expand the idea or concept of Virtual Assistants from solely being for administrative purposes, which many Virtual Assistants already do in so many other ways.
